Rack Upright Roll Forming Machine is designed to produce rack upright for Warehouse Pallet Rack System.
Rack Upright (also called Uprights or Upright Columns) vary in size and design depend on the load capacity and styles. Punching Holes (such as Tear Drop Design, utterfly design, etc) and slots are punched on line or off line so that the load beams can be mounted into the Upright Racks. The rack upright thickness is up to 3mm.
The rack roll forming machine consists of de-coiler, servo feeder, hole press, main roll forming machine and hydraulic shear units. The products made by rack roll forming machine are used as racks and shelves for supporting the daily commodities in supermarket, shops and factory warehouse.
